Experience the healing power of nature with Forest Bathing. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, the practice invites people to safely explore their own liminal spaces as human and as part of our our Everglades without any leading guidance and with as little implicit bias as possible. For many this practice helps to reduce stress and enhance well-being through immersive sensory experiences. Adapted from Japan to our unique Everglades watershed far on the opposite side of our Earth, Forest Bathing is a way to experience flow.
